A report provided by the State to the IAEA in connection with a physical inventory taking by the operator, "listing all batches separately and specifying material identification and batch data for each batch" (INFCIRC 153*). Such listings are to be attached to each material balance report even where there was no nuclear material in the material balance area at the time of the ending physical inventory taking.
